Overview

Background

The current experience makes it hard to find what the client actually did and what’s changed without scrolling endlessly/paging down. Change something with the User Activity to help filter through the daily Orion account updates. Add ability to filter by type or user(Advisor/client).

This research will be used to develop an improved default activity type setting that will be easier to search advisor/client’s activity without scrolling endless.

Takeaway

We delivered a scalable new platform with a simple underlying structure. The platform made it easier for Danfoss employees to sell their segment's products. And easier for customers to browse Danfoss’ products from any country.
